Today (20th November 2012) Her Majesty The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh celebrate their 65th Wedding Anniversary, they should be congratulated for achieving the milestone having lived their life in the public gaze; it is heart-warming to see them still together after all this time.
The 65th wedding anniversary does not have a traditional material associated with the year although the gemstone list shows that Star Sapphire is given as the symbol for this year.
