The following headings are an eclectic set of Anniversary Calculations that we use within our web site and we thought they may be useful if you want to work out what day or date a specific celebration falls on.

These dates are the UK based Mothers day which always falls on the 4th Sunday in Lent. As the date for Lent varies every year so does Mothers Day. If you are looking for Mother's Day in the USA it is always the second Sunday in May. This year Mother's Day in America was on 10th May 2026, Next year it will be on 9th May 2027

Halloween
Halloween also know as All Hallow's Eve is always on October 31st, the day before All Saint's Day .

Bon Fire Night also known as Guy Fawkes night is alwaya on November 5th

Christmas
I'm sure you know however I'll say it anyway Christmas is always on December 25th
This year(2026) Christmas is on Friday and next year is on a Saturday
Boxing Day
Boxing Day is always on the Day after Christmas Day i.e. 26th December however the associated Bank Holiday will move to the following Monday if Boxing Day falls on a Saturday and Tuesday if the 26th December is a Sunday (as the Bank holiday associated with Christmas Day is on the Monday)
New Year's Eve
I'm sure you know this also however just to confirm that there are 31 days in December New Year's Eve is on December 31st.
