Help With Ordering and Buying

Browsing & Ordering

You can browse our categories at the top of the screen via the drop down menu, to view subcategories simply click the category. You can view stock details, dispatch timeframes and additional product information on the individual product pages.

Once you find a product you wish to purchase click “Add To Basket”.

Personalised Products

  • If the product requires personalisation, you add the required personalisation in the boxes provided before clicking “Add To Basket.”
  • If there are any personalisation fields that are mandatory then you will get an error message if you have not filled them in.
  • Please be sure to double check you are happy with your personalisation before you proceed and add it to the basket to minimise waste.
  • Please don’t assume we know what you mean, our system is highly automated and the personalisation is rarely seen by our production staff until the product is complete.
  • The majority of our equipment used to make personalised items cannot handle emojis 🙁 , thus please do not included them in personalisation text.

In the basket you can review delivery options, apply any voucher or discount codes and proceed to payment. You are able to pay using our secure checkout that is controlled by Stripe. Once you are happy with your order, select your payment type and fill out your billing & delivery details. From this page you are also able to sign up to our monthly newsletter and create an account in order to make your checkout much faster next time around!

Please ensure that you select the correct postage and billing addresses, then you can continue to payment. Once payment is received we will get to work on getting your order to you!

Ordering Multiple Items

You may wish to order multiple items. The procedure is the same as above if the products are all different.

But if you require multiple products of the same type, with different personalisation simply add the personalisation required for the 1st item and add it to the basket, then change the personalisation and add to the basket again and repeat for however many you require.

Postage Rates

All items are sent by the quickest Delivery Service dependent upon size of parcel.

Parcels are sent using Royal Mail or Courier, so your order should arrive within 3-5 working days, subject to the carrier used and the delivery option selected. We cannot be accountable for Postal or Courier Services.

If delivery is different from this it will be stated against each product.

Payment and Pricing

Payment

Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received. We currently use Stripe as our payment partner to handle our secure credit & debit transactions from this web site.

Stripe accept almost all major brands of debit and credit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay are also accepted.

Please ensure you fill in your name and address as they appear on your card statements to avoid any rejected transactions.

Pricing

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. If an order is for export we will refund any VAT charged at checkout when the order is processed. Please see the tax implications for international orders for full details

Order Process

Once you place and pay for an item you will recieve an email confirming the details. Please confirm the details are correct, if not please contact us urgently. Your order will then be processed and dispatched. When you order is ready for shipping (in the postal bag) we will mark your order as fulfilled and you will recieve and order completed email, this will include a tracking number, if available.

Tracking an Order

Please click the tracking number link in your order completed email to see the status of your parcel.

Royal Mail provide tracking numbers for all their services however these are often only scanned on delivery so will only show on their site when delivered.

Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel and order please let us know as soon as possible, if a stock item has not been dispatched we may be able to refund fully. If the item has been dispatched the item will need to be returned for a refund. Please see our returns policy for full details
